Check in the amount of $150.00 per person payable to Credit Data Services for obtaining a credit report. This check must be submitted with the sublease package. *
Move-in/Move-out Deposit in the amount of $500.00 must be submitted with the sublet application payable to Royal YorkOwners Corp. . This check is refundable after move in/out is completed and inspection is made.
Move-in/Move-out Fee i$500.00 check for Move-in and Move-out must be submitted with the sublet application payable to Royal York Owners Corp.
$500.00 Move-In Deposit (Due at application submission) (refundable) payable to The Strand Condominium fees will be refunded after moving inspection by managing agent if no damage has occurred during move.
$55 Messenger Fee payable to Goodstein Management.
