  Schedule of Fees:
Fees Submitted With Application:


 
  1. Application Fee: $250.00 payable by Seller to Goodstein Management by Personal Check. This fee will be applied against Goodstein's Transfer Fee of $600.00 (without a broker) or of $500.00 (with a broker).
  2. Check in the amount of $50/person for each application payable by Buyer (s) to Credit Data Services for obtaining a credit report. This check must be submitted with the package.
  3. Move-in/Move-out Deposit: $500.00 check payable to Royal York Owners Corp.. This check is refundable after move in/out is completed and inspection is made.
  4. Move-in/Move-out Fee: $500.00 payable to Royal York Owners Corp.. Non-Refundable
  5. $55 Messenger Fee payable by Buyer to Goodstein Management

  Fees Paid at Closing:

 
  1. Goodstein's Transfer Fee: $600.00 without a broker $500.00 with a broker Payable by Seller to Goodstein Management, Inc. (CERTIFIED CHECK ONLY). Please deduct application fee of  $250.00.
  2. New York State Transfer Stamps: 5 cents per share payable to Goodstein Management, Inc. (CERTIFIED CHECK ONLY)
  3. Recognition Agreement Fee; $175.00 payable to Goodstein Management, Inc. (CERTIFIED CHECK ONLY)

  If transfer involves an Estate, please contact our office for additional requirements.
   
  If stock and /or proprietary lease has been lost, kindly notify the closing so that the proper affidavit of loss can be executed.
   
  If power of attorney is being used, please submit the form at least one week in advance (Blumberg T-44 Form preferred).
   

  PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU MUST CONTACT THE SUPER AT THE BUILDING TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR A MOVE-IN/OUT DATE. PLEASE CALL AT LEAST TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO THE ANTICIPATED DATE.
