Debra Forest’s 30 years of professional real estate experience began with graduating with a BS (Hons) degree from Seton Hall University in 1977. For out standing achievement she was honored with the Johnson and Johnson award in strategic marketing. She subsequently moved to New York being recruited by Jeffries Avlon, as the Cooperative Broker Specialist for 1025 Fifth Avenue, 525 East 86th Street, 50 East 79th Street, 201 East 79th Street, and 118 East 60th Street.

In 1982 on the wave of on-site new NYC condominium developments, she was appointed Director of Sales of the Colonnade Condominium. From 1986 positions followed with major development firms and condominium towers including The Alfred Condominium, the Corinthian Condominium, and the Elektra Condominium. Since 1992, Debra has been a real estate broker with AIB Management Corp., as Director of Sales and Rentals for the MIRM Award Winning Strand Condominium, the Royal York Condop, and the prestigious Capri Condominium Tower located in the Sutton Place area.
