  Schedule of Fees-Due at Submission


 
  1. $600.00  Application Processing Fee (non-refundable) payable to Cooper Square Realty, Inc. Includes one credit report per application.
  2. $75.00 Consumer Report Fee (per ADDITIONAL report) (non-refundable) payable to Cooper Square Realty, Inc. All applicants, guarantors, and adult occupants must submit a consumer report. This building includes ONE credit report per application. Additional applicants, guarantors, and adult occupants must submit this fee.
  3. $112.50  Document Production Fee (non-refundable) payable to Cooper Square Realty, Inc.
  4. $500.00 Move-In Deposit (Due at application submission) (refundable) payable to The Strand Condominium. Deposit will be refunded after move is complete and inspection by managing managing agent determines no damage has occurred during move.
  5. New Occupancy Fee (Due at application submission) (non-refundable) payable to The Strand Condominium as follows:
    $175.00 - Studios, $275.00 - 1 Bedroom, $350.00 - 2 Bedrooms

  $ 500.00  Move-Out Deposit (Due at time of move) (refundable) payable to The Strand Condominium. Deposit will be refunded after move is completed and inspection by managing agent determines no damage has occurred during move. Must be in form of a Certified Check, Bank Check or Money Order.

Move-Out Fee (Due at time of move) (non-refundable) payable to The Strand Condominium as follows:
$175.00 - Studios, $275.00 - 1 Bedroom, $350.00 - 2 Bedrooms. Must be in form of a Certified Check, Bank Check or Money Order.
