Realty, Inc. Includes one credit report per application.
- $75.00 Consumer Report Fee (per ADDITIONAL report) (non-refundable) payable to Cooper
Square Realty, Inc. All applicants, guarantors, and adult occupants must submit
a consumer report. This building includes ONE credit report per application. Additional
applicants, guarantors, and adult occupants must submit this fee.
- $112.50 Document Production Fee (non-refundable) payable to Cooper Square
Realty, Inc.
- $500.00 Move-In Deposit (Due at application submission) (refundable) payable to
The Strand Condominium. Deposit will be refunded after move is complete and inspection
by managing managing agent determines no damage has occurred during move.
- New Occupancy Fee (Due at application submission) (non-refundable) payable to The
Strand Condominium as follows:
$175.00 - Studios, $275.00 - 1 Bedroom, $350.00 - 2 Bedrooms
