The Capri Condominium - Rental Procedures

  The Following Documents Are Required:



 
  1. Completed Application
  2. Letter from current employer stating position held, length of employment and annual salary
  3. Letter from current landlord stating length of occupancy and promptness of payment
  4. Page 1 & 2 of Federal Income Tax Form 1040 including W-2s
  5. Accountant’s Letter (if self employed)
  6. W-9 Form
  The Following Personal Checks Are Required:



 
  1. Credit Check: $50 for each individual applying for apartment payable to Credit Data Services
  2. Move-In/Out Deposit: $500 payable to Goodstein Management. This check is refundable after Move-In/Out is completed and inspection is made*
  *A move-in date must be scheduled through the Management Office. Contact Steve Decker at (212) 376-8600. At least two weeks notice must be given of your move-in date.
  The Following Certified Checks Are Required:



 
  1. First Month’s Rent payable to 55th & 2nd Realty, LLC
  2. 1 Month Security Deposit payable to M & T Bank
  3. Pet Security, if applicable, payable to M & T Bank


  Tenants must earn an annual income of 45 times the monthly rent. Guarantor must earn an annual income of 70 times the monthly rent.
**All tenants and guarantors must each furnish above referenced documents.**
